ESTIMATOR / QS ROLE

We are currently looking for a groundworks estimator / QS who will be responsible for tendering, precontract and post contract works. They must have strong groundworks knowledge and ideally in the commercial sector. 

Proven experience in winning successful contracts is a must. Long term position for the right candidate with excellent salary.

• Labourers

• Site Workers

• Ground workers

• Machine Drivers

• Dumper Drivers

• Dozer Drivers

 

All of the above roles require applicants to valid CSCS / CPCS cards.

Site Manager / Engineering /  Foreman positions

Experience:

• Managing work force

• Ordering materials

• Reading drawings

• Engineering / Setting out work / One man robotic total station

• Weekly site paper work including plant / labour / material returns

• Groundwork’s & basements desirable

Qualifications:

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• CSCS / CPCS

• Full drivers licence

• First aid qualification preferable

• Street works tickets desirable.
